Packages and publication

Standard costs $49 USD for one job before any approved discount. Featured costs $99 USD before any approved discount for one job and includes highlighted placement on PingAnswers Jobs and one regular hiring spotlight on the PingAnswers Facebook page. Featured placement is labeled as paid placement. Facebook ad spend, boosted posts, audience size, impressions, applications, and hires are not included or guaranteed.

Drafts and review requests are free. Checkout is available after approval. Payment does not publish a job automatically or replace our final review. A listing runs for up to 30 days from publication, ending earlier at its stated application deadline or when filled, closed, or removed. There is no automatic renewal. Republishing after closure requires a new listing and review.

Additional positions

After a regular-price Standard or Featured listing has a confirmed payment greater than zero, the same employer may purchase additional distinct positions for $37 Standard or $74 Featured within 30 days of that first payment, while the original job remains approved or published with a future deadline. A regular-price order may use an approved coupon; a fully discounted, refunded, disputed, or partially refunded order does not qualify. An additional-position order cannot unlock further add-on pricing. Additional-position pricing cannot be combined with coupon codes. Each opening requires its own approval and checkout and receives the selected package benefits, including one Facebook spotlight for each Featured listing. Each listing covers one distinct position; multiple hires for the same role may use one listing. The listing period begins at each opening’s publication. Closed jobs do not renew automatically.

Small Business Support discounts

Approved discount codes reduce the price of your selected package while keeping its included benefits. Eligibility, expiry, and redemption limits are shown or confirmed at checkout. The final checkout total is the amount charged. Discounts do not include paid Facebook advertising.

Your authority and content

You confirm that you are authorized to represent the employer, advertise a genuine opening, and provide the company name, trademarks, logos, job text, links, and other materials you submit. You retain ownership of your materials.

You grant PingAnswers a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, resize, and distribute the materials you provide to operate your listing and deliver the promotion you purchased. For Featured postings, this includes using the supplied company name and branding in the Facebook hiring spotlight and linking to your listing. The permission does not extend to unrelated endorsements or campaigns. You authorize use of the selected social platform to distribute that promotion, subject to its terms.

We may shorten or format copy without changing material job facts. We will not invent compensation, qualifications, or an affiliation with your company. You must not provide assets that infringe another party’s rights.

Posting rules and applicant privacy

You agree to the job posting rules and applicable employment, recruitment, nondiscrimination, compensation disclosure, and privacy requirements. You are responsible for accurate job details and lawful hiring decisions. Notify us promptly when a job is filled or canceled.

Use applicant data only to recruit for the opening to which the person applied. Restrict access to authorized hiring personnel, protect retained copies, and comply with applicable retention and deletion obligations. Do not sell applicant data, send unrelated marketing, or request applicant payments, banking information, medical records, or identity documents through this portal. Submitted resumes are not publicly available; account resume libraries are private.

Review and removal

We may request evidence of your authority or the opening, reject a submission, or suspend or remove a listing for inaccurate information, policy violations, reported concerns, refunded payments, or payment disputes. Identity review is not a guarantee of employer conduct or job safety. Hiring decisions remain with the employer.

Refunds and promotion

If we cannot publish an otherwise compliant paid listing within seven calendar days after confirmed payment, you may request a full refund. If you cancel before publication, you may request a full refund. Contact help@pinganswers.com with the job title and order details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

For Featured listings, we aim to share the spotlight within seven calendar days after publication while the job remains open. If we cannot deliver it and the job remained eligible and open throughout that period, you may request a refund of the Featured upgrade: $50 on a regular-price listing (or the same proportional share of its actual payment when a coupon applies), or $37 on a $74 additional-position Featured listing, rounded to the nearest cent. Refunds cannot exceed your payment. Closing a published job early because it is filled or canceled does not automatically create a prorated refund. Refund requests involving removals or violations are reviewed individually, subject to applicable consumer protections.

When a job closes, new applications stop on PingAnswers. For a spotlight already posted, request an update or removal through help@pinganswers.com. We will use reasonable efforts to update or remove posts under our control; we cannot recall third-party shares, screenshots, cached pages, or copies. The license continues only as needed to maintain submitted applications, required records, and prior authorized distribution.
